This LED Downlight Kit from Snaplighting features a Universal Socket that all Snap Lighting products connect to - the key to utmost functionality. In comparison to other conventional lighting technologies like incandescent, LED downlights emit less heat, use less energy, and are more efficient in directing light to its intended location. You will eventually spend less on maintenance because LEDs have a longer lifespan.
Its interchangeable lighting system allows you to quickly and easily swap out entire light fixtures with just one hand and no tools! You can install the Universal Socket yourself in a manner akin to that of a plug-in downlight. It just plugs into an outlet in your ceiling area because it comes with an AU power cord. Install or remove whole light fixtures with a single push - quickly, easily, and safely.
Hassle-free DIY Lighting Set Up
Install the Snap Lighting universal socket on your ceiling or wall (One-time installation).
Simply insert the fitting that comes with your Snap Lighting downlight light kit into the previously installed Snap Lighting universal socket.
If you wish to change to a different style, just push out the fitting of the installed Snap Lighting downlight from the Snap Lighting universal socket and replace it with a Snap Lighting pendant light instead. No tools needed!
