Bathtub Delivery To Your Door

Renovator Store has special arrangements to have your bath order safely delivered to your door anywhere in Australia!  The process for delivery of your order is as follows:

1. Order Preparation - Once your order is finalised it is generally prepared for despatch from Tullamarine, Victoria by the next business day.  The baths are securely strapped down inside of a large cardboard box surrounded by a protective wooden frame. The edges of the bath are lined with foam, and the wooden frame is attached to a wooden pallet to minimise handling and risk of damage during transport.

   Optional Depot Pick Up: The baths can be picked up from the Tullamarine or Rocklea depots, listed below. You will be contacted when your bath is available for pick up. You must collect the bath within 3 business days.

2. Carrier Collection  -  The carrier is booked to make collection of the palletised goods as soon as possible after they are ready.  Generally, the collection is the same or next business day.  They will transport them by large truck to one of the relevant city depot's listed below.  The transport time to each depot is between 1 and 5 businesses days. 

   Optional Depot Pick Up: You will be contacted when the bath is available for pick up at your depot. You must collect the bath within 3 business days. 

3. Delivery Arrangement - The carrier will contact the purchaser or their nominated recipient to arrange delivery to the delivery address.  Delivery date and timeframe can be discussed and arranged directly with the carrier. They will highlight that it is required that there be someone in attendance to receive the delivery.   
4. Delivery - The carrier or their agent will deliver the goods as discussed with the purchaser to the delivery address.  Access and attendance are required unless otherwise arranged, as detailed in the terms and conditions.  The delivery vehicle will need property access in line with the conditions of delivery below. 
5. Unloading - The delivery driver will unload the palletised bath from the truck onto your driveway (preferable), or kerbside. Given the large nature of the order, we recommend that a suitable area is prepared with enough space for pallet jack access.  The driver is allocated 15 minutes to unload - it is not standard policy to take the goods further than driveway or kerbside.

Conditions Of Delivery

All bath deliveries are subject to the following conditions of delivery:

• The truck servicing these deliveries will be an 8 ton (6m body tautliner). Sufficient and safe property access is required for the vehicle to make the delivery.
• Delivery will be to a hard stand area such as a driveway.
• This area will need to be flat concrete free of debris for the trolley jack to operate.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in a futile delivery. Futile delivery and redelivery charges will apply for any redeliveries.

Depot Locations

Depots are not open to the public. Pick up is available by appointment only after purchasing a bath.

Aguzzo Arstone Baths and Basins are supplied by PLATYPUS BATHROOMWARE PTY LTD and are covered by their 7 year manufacturer warranty under the conditions below:

PLATYPUS BATHROOMWARE PTY LTD will either repair or replace the guaranteed product where a fault is caused by faulty manufacture or faulty materials used in manufacture. This warranty is subject to correct installation procedure. This guarantee does not include removal and installation costs nor any transport costs. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
